Before heading back BANGKOK. I passed by my good friend "P Dang" since many years. P dang owns half of Patong beach night scene.... Difficult to not party wtih him ;)...

POWER MEETING BETWEEN PATRICK RIBBSAETER AND PHOTOGRAPHER "LESLIE KEE".

Hope you all are doing great and not waiting to much for my postings huh ;) heeee.
There has been a awesome trip to Phuket , except the 12 hour drive down to Phuket and then back 12 hours...
On top of this great trip,. I got an email from photographer Leslie Kee
LESLIE KEE
Saying he is coming to Bangkok (Thailand) to watch the Gwen Stefani concert. Sine we both have been wanting to work with each other for sometime now, but never really found the time for it.. This moment was a perfect timing for everything..
It all come together in the end, if you keep your dreams and determination to achieve them.. ;)
I meet Leslie at the “Landmark Hotel” Bangkok where Leslie where staying for a couple of day’s.. Out meeting took place on Saturday afternoon around 13.30 Pm after me being late for one and half hour because of the bad Traffic in Thailand. “And thats the true:..
Waited up at the 31 floor business section for Leslie. Once Leslie step in the business room it was like we have know each other for ages. It just sad click right away... It was a meeting of two very creative and fun people who love and are so passionate about what they do. They where no stop for what we could achieve together...This project “Leslie” is shooting for, is a tribute to the now dead photographer "Richard Avedon". "Who has contributed a lot the world with his stunning photography". That's how Leslie describes it, and I'm sure the rest of the world who knows about "Richard Avedon" And thats why his next issue is about "Richard Avedon". Wait for the issue to come out and buy it directly from "Leslies" website..
The cover for this Book/ Magazine will be the well known beauty "Cindy Crawford".
Its called the superstar project. The last Magazine/ book “Leslie” published was a tribute for all the "Tsunami Victims"....
It was really inspiring to hear and see how, inspire Leslie was about my work and blog etc.. As much as I am of his work and blog etc.
"Leslie" is one of the most watched and admired photographers today. He has contributed to top magazines worldwide, and his advertising clients include Shiseido, Dunhill, Levis, Sony, Burberry, Harrods, De Beers and Pepsi. He has photographed major celebrities, such as Gong Li, Faye Wong, Sandy Lam, Naomi Campbell, Paris Hilton, Nicholas Tse, Quentin Tarantino and Ayumi Hamasaki.
Working with "Leslie" was very relaxed and accommodating throughout meeting him the first day until I dropped him off at the hotel to go for Japan.

Looking forward to see and work with "Leslie" hopefully again very soon...

This new friendship and beginning is here to stay....
