22.30 PM THURSDAY Workout video as promised from my post before this one. I didnt edit many excercises to this video. Its more of a chill one. Will do my best to create a really nice workout video next time.
Really nice workout-video, although it would be much better for your blog and viewers if you film all of your workout-days in ONE week. For example next week: You start with monday(or the day you normally starts with), and film the whole exercise. Not only a fiew minutes, because it's too short :( And then you continue with wednesday (or the next day you are planning to workout).
This is only a suggestion, Patrick! It's ofcourse up to you, but I think more people would appreciate more structure in your workout-movies :) I'm only mentioning this because I'm a personal trainer myself, so I thought you could use the advise ;) By the way, brilliant idea with the whole "workout-thing". You are truly an artist in many ways :)
Besides from this, you have a GREAT blog! And you look gorgeous too ;-)
'Don't move your elbows too hard, relax. No movement in the elbows dude!' haha, just kidding. Super workout Patrick, and nice toned physique you've got there. Keep it up and keep workin' it ;) (Your beautiful wife too :)
By the way, nice workout tee, where you got that stretchable singlet from? Seems so comfortable to be in it
